Keto Keto Everywhere!

Hey guys! I’m a student, but I’m also a daughter of a Keto fanatic! Today, I’m going to release all that knowledge, and give it to you! Here is a perfect diet plan, for anyone trying Keto!

What is Keto?

Keto, derived from Ketosis, which is the state you are in while you are on the diet, is a low-carb, high-fat diet. Now, don’t get me wrong! I’m not mad! If your intake of fat is more, your body is forced to burn that fat, hence the weight loss!

What could go wrong?

Now, not everything is rainbows and sparkle ( I love rainbows and sparkles!), so there are some things that can go wrong with this diet. Here they are:
1. Fatigue- You can get tired for a period of 3-4 days because your body is adjusting to the process.
2. Diarrhoea- This can be an effect of your body adjusting to the diet.
